At approximately 5:05 PM Central Time on 5/11/2020, the CrossBrowserTesting team was made aware of issues with accessing and using the CrossBrowserTesting platform. All services were impacted for approximately half an hour.
The root of the issue was a failure in one of CloudFlare's datacenters; like many organizations, CrossBrowserTesting uses CloudFlare to improve network security and application availability.
We believe the issue to be resolved now, but will continue monitoring it.
