Resolved
At approximately 2:49PM Central Time (7:49PM UTC), we detected a failure of our Selenium system and related services, including Record and Replay. This failure was caused by a connection to a backing service being degraded. This issue has now been resolved, and we are taking steps to avoid further interruption.
